2. Service

GoldenPrompts Atelier is a prompt-building tool for AI image and video models. The actual images and videos are generated on third-party platforms; we do not generate them ourselves.

Free trial (24 hours)

After registering and confirming your e-mail you get full access to all ateliers for 24 hours, no card required. The trial is available once per person and e-mail address in a rolling 12-month period; to prevent abuse it may be limited by a reasonable cap on generated prompts. After it ends, the guides and the AI scripts in them remain free.

3. Subscriptions & cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.

4. Payments & tax

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem adds the applicable local VAT or sales tax at checkout.

6. Acceptable use

No illegal content, no CSAM, no non-consensual material. Abuse may result in suspension without refund.

Certain optional features of the People & Model atelier (lingerie/intimates wardrobe and boudoir poses) are intended solely for lawful, professional fashion and modeling creation — for example AI influencers and content promoting fashion, modeling and lingerie brands. They are NOT intended for, and must not be used to create, erotic, sexual, pornographic or otherwise explicit content, or any content depicting minors. All people depicted must be adults aged 18 or over. To access these features you must be at least 18 years old and confirm an on-screen declaration. By using them you represent that you are 18+, that you will use them only for lawful professional purposes, and you accept full responsibility and liability for the content you generate. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Gold Technologies LLC for any content you create or how you use it. We may revoke access for misuse.

Lifetime Team — seats

Lifetime Team includes 6 seats in total: the account owner plus up to 5 invited members. Each seat is assigned to a specific account and email address and, once activated, is permanent. Seats cannot be transferred, swapped, reassigned, or replaced for any reason — including loss of access to an invited email address. No refunds, credits, or replacement seats are provided for unused, lost, or inaccessible seats.
