Refund & Cancellation Policy

GoldenPrompts Atelier subscriptions and one-time purchases are sold through Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles billing, invoices, taxes and refunds on our behalf.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the customer portal (linked from your Account page and from your Creem receipt email). When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and then does not renew. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a period unless required by law.

2. Refunds (subscriptions)

If you are unhappy, contact us at support@golden-prompts.com within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method.

3. Refunds (Pro Lifetime, one-time)

Lifetime grants immediate, unlimited access to a digital product. At checkout you confirm you want immediate access and acknowledge that, by starting to use the Service, you waive your statutory 14-day withdrawal right where permitted by law. A Lifetime purchase is therefore refundable only if (a) you request it within 14 days of purchase AND (b) you have not used the Service beyond evaluation — meaning no more than 5 generated prompts. If the Service is technically inaccessible or non-functional for you and our support team cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the above. Once you have used the Service beyond evaluation, or after the 14-day window, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Requests showing evidence of refund abuse or manipulation will be declined.

4. How to request

Email support@golden-prompts.com from your account email with your order or receipt ID. We typically respond within 3 business days.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country.
